Troubleshooting

• Prefill errors: some APIs disallow prefilling; disable if needed
• Rate limits: reduce --max-connections, increase --max-retries
• No transcripts: ensure metadata["save_dir"] is set
• Missing API key: set ANTHROPIC_API_KEY / OPENAI_API_KEY or use .env
